CNC machinist (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated CNC route (m/f/d) to process complex components full-time (38 hours).
Your challenges with us:
- Independent setup and operation of the FPT DinoX 350 CNC milling machine with 5-axis milling head for the production of precision parts
- Close coordination with upstream CAD/CAM programming station
- Carrying out quality controls during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with the required tolerances
- Maintenance and care of the machine as well as troubleshooting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth production process
We wish from you:
- Completed training as a cutting or precision mechanic, mechanical engineer or a comparale qualification
- Experience in operation CNC milling machines, ideally with knowledge of programming (e.g. Heidenhain, Fanuc)
- Experience in dealing with 5-axis milling heads, especially on the FPT DinoX 350, is an advantage
- Technical understanding and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Precise and careful working methods as well as high level of quality awareness
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to work in 2 shifts
