In September our management system was re-certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Our processes, from the processing of a customer inquiry to the final quality control, were subjected to intensive examination by the external auditor. The auditor was satisfied with the status of our management system and in his final report only made minor recommendations for its further development, which we gratefully incorporate into our continuous improvement process.
